There are storms and there are rainbows.
Storms are aggressive, unstable, dangerous. Rainbows are peaceful, steady, harmless.
How would you tell the difference if one didn’t exist?
One cannot be appreciated without the other. You cannot grasp the beauty of a rainbow if you haven’t experienced a storm. You cannot experience the rainbow, if you have not danced in the rain.
Accept both. Appreciate both. Observe both and enjoy them. Learn from them. Thank for them. Then let them go.
Do not follow the storm. It never stays still. It moves in great speed. Once you have followed a storm you will never be steady. You have lost your opportunity to experience the rainbow. Do not follow the rainbow either. You will be captured by its beauty and you will forget your own.
Just let them be. Let them fulfil their purpose and leave without attachment.
Simply observe them. Distance your Self from the view point. Do not be the one watching, be the One seeing.
There are storms, there are rainbows and there is the one who observes them.
Be the One who observes all three of them.
